After an in-depth intake call, I'll name an overall theme to anchor our work together. Pulling on my diverse array of experiences, expertise, and certifications to support you on your journey, you'll rewire limiting beliefs, heal lingering emotional wounds, expand into new areas of curiosity, and develop skills to bring greater ease and spaciousness to your life.
